Ristorante Cibo is the result of a dream that took roots in a small restaurant kitchen about 15 years ago in the historical city of Rome, a city where my interest in food began. This culinary journey started by chance, helping out in a small family restaurant of a friend of mine. My interest was becoming a love affair with Italian food, which led me to participate in a professional cooking course "A Tavola Con Lo Chef" in Rome, to hone my skills. I ended up working as head chef in several restaurants in Rome and Helsinki. With the knowledge gained over the years, I intend to offer a delicious culinary slice of Italy for our customers. The traditional dishes I cook are of uncompromising quality with fresh and genuine ingredients that reflect some simple and yet classic of Italian cooking styles. Together with my wife Cristina, who has an extensive experience of working in the restaurants and service industry for over 20 years in Italy and Finland as well, we are dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and a top-notch Italian dining experience to our customers.
